About Mark Brewer

Mark Brewer has spent his entire career representing investors and seniors in Wall Street disputes.

Prior to practicing law, Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at San Diego. While at UCSD, Mark participated in a student exchange program with Dartmouth College.

Immediately after obtaining his law degree from California Western School of Law in 1994, Mark opened his own firm committed to representing individual investors and seniors with disputes against their financial advisers.

Mark has successfully prosecuted hundreds of FINRA claims.  Mark has won over 90% of the cases he has prosecuted, securing over $50 million in awards and settlements for his clients.

Mark is a longstanding member of the San Diego County Bar Association. He has also been a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association since 1995. Mark has also served as an arbitrator for the San Diego Bar Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Mark just celebrated his 31st anniversary with his wife, Anastasia. Mark and Anastasia are the proud parents of Cassandra (“Cassy”) and Cole. Mark and Anastasia enjoy living among incredible neighbors in the Scripps Ranch community of San Diego.
